D’Lene is an Early Childhood Professional with over 30 years experience in the Early Childhood field. In her career she has held the roles of Teacher, Director, Educational Leader, Manager, Service owner and Educational Consultant. She has been a committee member of Early Childhood Australia (ECA) Victoria and has completed her Masters of Education, with a thesis focusing on Early Childhood Leadership.

D'Lene is the creator of being3 and is hands on, regularly sharing in the delivery of the quality education and care for all children and their families. D’Lene is passionate about Early Childhood Education and ensuring that her being3 centres are well-resourced and staffed by equally passionate educators, who consider respectful relationships with children and families as central to a positive experience for everyone. being3 was created to be a small centre, where everyone knows each other, respects diversity, supports everyone’s strengths and genuinely embraces the sense of community.
